For travel professionals · B2B only

Your on-the-ground
team in China.

You keep the client, the brand and the margin. We provide what you can’t build overnight: licensed execution through local partners, private English-speaking guides, honest net rates and a response measured in hours, not weeks.

The commercial reality

Your clients are asking about China again.
You don’t need to rebuild a China desk.

Thirty-five European countries now enjoy visa-free entry. Demand is returning faster than supplier capacity — many specialist operators quietly dropped China after 2020 and are weighing whether to rebuild it in-house. There is a cheaper, faster option: a partner on the ground who already runs it properly, under your brand or alongside it.

48h From your RFQ to a day-by-day quote you can forward to your client. Acknowledged within 2 working hours.
20–30% Typical margin room between our confidential net rates and what your clients expect to pay for private China.
24 months Client protection, in writing. Travellers you introduce stay yours for 24 months — no direct contact, marketing or bookings by us within that window.

Who we work with

Built for specialists,
not everyone

  • Boutique & tailor-made agencies adding or re-adding China without hiring for it.
  • Asia specialists whose current China supply chain has thinned or gone quiet.
  • Independent travel advisors who want one reliable China contact instead of ten vendors.
  • Special-interest organisers — photography, food, alumni and business delegations.

What you get

  • Forwardable documents. Quotes, day-by-day programmes and inclusions written for your client’s eyes — white-label friendly.
  • Licensed local execution through our accredited in-country partners; traveller accident insurance is arranged on the ground for local incidents — plus a written responsible-travel policy (no commission shopping, guides paid properly) your compliance team can file.
  • A named contact, 7 days a week while your clients travel — in English, on WhatsApp.
  • Honest availability. If we can’t do something well — a region, an access request, a budget — we say so in the quote, not after the deposit.
