How quickly do you turn a China RFQ into a quote?
A day-by-day quote you can forward to your client within 48 hours of your RFQ, acknowledged within 2 working hours. While your clients travel you have a named contact, seven days a week, in English, on WhatsApp.
What margin is there for agencies selling private China?
Typical margin room of 15–25% between our confidential net rates and what clients expect to pay for private China. Client protection is in writing for 24 months: travellers you introduce stay yours — no direct contact, marketing or bookings by us within that window.

What are the commercial terms for partners?
For agency partners: 30% deposit to confirm, balance 45–60 days before arrival. EUR settlement with SWIFT/SEPA-friendly invoicing. Cancellation mirrors our in-country supplier terms; anything beyond the published ladder is evidenced at cost, not marked up. Is the on-the-ground execution licensed and insured?
Licensed local execution through licensed in-country partners; traveller accident insurance is arranged on the ground for local incidents — it is not a substitute for your clients' own comprehensive travel insurance, which we require. A written responsible-travel policy (no commission shopping, guides paid properly) is available for your compliance team to file.
